Ili – fizika može biti i elegantna

Mi isparenja i mirise nastale tokom kuvanja činimo nepostojećim, oni iščezavaju, poništeni u samom „korenu“, usisani na mestu na kojem i nastaju: direktno sa ugradne ploče – iz lonca, tiganja, grila ili vok-a! Mi to ne činimo nikakvom magijom, već osnovnim principima mehanike fluida. Jednostavno, primenjujemo unakrsni tok vazduha čija je brzina veća od porasta brzine pare nastale termičkom obradom hrane.

Maksimalni rast brzine isparenja koja nastaju tokom termičke obrade hrane iznosi 1m/sec. BORA usisava vazduh nadole brzinom od 4m/sec! Ta veća brzina, brzina unakrsnog toka, efikasno odvodi sva isparenja i mirise sa ugradne ploče.



Cooking while sourronded by fresh air

BORA draws off odours and grease particles directly from the cookware. This prevents cooking vapours from rising up and spreading annoyingly throughout the whole room. The grease particles released during cooking are effectively trapped in the stainless steel grease filter. It is like cooking in the fresh air.


Significantly quieter than conventional extractor hoods

Conventional extractor hoods blast out around 70 dB (A) directly at head height. BORA, on the other hand, is quieter than frying a steak, even when set to the highest level. This is possible thanks to the sophisticated technology with quiet motors, perfect decoupling and installation of the products in the kitchen plinth.


No annoying head-height extractor hoods

BORA means freedom from the constraints of conventional extractor hoods. No edges or corners at head height. No stooped stance. No steam to block your view or cloud up your glasses. No restriction on visibility. Thanks to BORA, chefs are not trapped on their own but can interact with guests.

Cleaning conventional extractor hoods is laborious and time-consuming. In contrast, BORA products impress with outstanding everyday advantages, including when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. All three movable parts can be easily dismantled without any tools and cleaned in the dishwasher.

Until now, the performance of extractor hoods has been evaluated by DIN EN 61591. This measures the fan performance, reduction in odour, and grease extraction. Moreover, by determining the MEK value (proportion of methyl ethyl ketone in the ambient air), it is possible to measure the extraction of cooking particles from the room.

In order to be able to compare the performance of different vapour extraction systems with one another in an objective manner, the cleanrate method was developed.

Using an effective extraction system is like cooking in the fresh air – achieving a cleanrate of 100%. Measurements using the cleanrate method show that BORA has a cleanrate of 100% – a rate that conventional extractor hoods can only dream about.
